Cotterill leaves Keepmoat for Brum

24 June 2014

Doncaster Rovers midfielder David Cotterill will join Birmingham City.

Doncaster Rovers can confirm the departure of David Cotterill to Sky Bet Championship side Birmingham City.

The Welsh winger follows closely in the footsteps of MARK DUFFY in joining Lee Clark’s side, who narrowly avoided relegation last term.

Twenty-six year old Cotterill signed for Doncaster two years ago and, after scoring 14 goals in 92 games, leaves for St Andrews at the expiration of his current contract.

The Welsh international has twenty international caps to his name and The Blues are his eighth football league club.

Everyone at Doncaster Rovers would like to express their thanks to David for his efforts while at the Club and wish him well in the future.
